Install once, then open it from your account's Administration screen whenever you need the current picture.
Roster is an Administration view. Only account admins can open it — if you're not an admin on this monday.com account, ask one to install it and walk through these steps.
| Scope | Why it's needed |
|---|---|
| boards:read | To read board ownership, subscribers, kind, and permissions. |
| users:read | To read each person's type, last activity, and team membership. |
| teams:read | To resolve team-based board access, including the "everyone at account" team. |
| workspaces:read | To label each board with the workspace it lives in. |
Roster opens on the Findings tab: boards with too many owners, boards owned by a dormant user, guests on non-public boards, boards open to everyone, boards subscribed by the "everyone at account" team, and boards with no owner. From there you can drill into the board list or the people list, or export all three to CSV.
Nothing is saved between visits. Each time you open Roster it re-queries monday and rebuilds the view — there's a manual refresh, not a live feed, so it doesn't call the API more than you ask it to.
Roster only sees main, shareable, and private boards you personally belong to — see the coverage limit on the product page.
