1. Who operates this app

Roster is built and operated by Keel ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@craft-palette.net.

2. What Roster does

Roster is a monday.com Administration view. When an account admin opens it, Roster reads board and user data through the monday API using the read-only scopes boards:read, users:read, teams:read, and workspaces:read, and displays a consolidated view of board access and account-level findings. It does not modify any data on your monday.com account.

3. No data storage

Roster does not store the data it reads. Each session queries the monday API, computes the view in your browser, and discards it when the tab closes. See the privacy policy for detail.

4. Acceptable use

• Use Roster only on monday.com accounts you are authorized to administer.
• Do not attempt to bypass, probe, or overload the app or the monday API through it.
• Do not use Roster to build a competing product from its output.

5. Availability and changes

Roster is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We aim to keep this affecting existing users as little as possible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Roster, including decisions made based on its findings. Roster surfaces patterns for a human admin to review — it does not replace judgment about your account's specific context.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Roster changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
